ISTT hosts Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic development

Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic development – Dr. Mehdi Safari- paid a visit to Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTT) on the 20th of August, 2022. The visit also included an exhibition displaying the technological achievements of a number of k-based resident companies in ISTT.

Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic development – Dr. Mehdi Safari- paid a visit to Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTT) on the 20th of August , 2022. The visit also included an exhibition displaying the technological achievements of a number of k-based resident companies in ISTT.

Dr. Safari was briefed about the ISTT activities and IRIS services. He expressed satisfaction with the companies’ innovations and technological achievements. And he appreciated the way knowledge-based companies are supported in ISTT. Dr. Safari assured the companies of broad-based support for the export of their k-based products to the global markets and emphasized on arranging periodic meetings to facilitate this process.

He also referred to the promotion and introduction of 350 knowledge-based companies in the official website of Ministry of foreign Affairs (available at https://en.mfa.ir/) so far and added that the number is expected to rise to 650 companies.

The Deputy Minister expressed satisfaction over this visit and the achievements of the companies settled in science park.
